ClickMagick Alternative: Free Link Tracking With LeadsLeap

ClickMagick Alternative: Why I Replaced ClickMagick With LeadsLeap

Looking for a ClickMagick alternative? ClickMagick is a powerful link tracker and rotator, but it costs a monthly subscription. I replaced it with LeadsLeap’s link tracker, which gives you tracking links and URL rotators on its free plan, with more on the paid upgrade I now use. Here’s what it can do, with one of my own rotators as an example.

Disclosure: this post contains my affiliate links. If you join or upgrade through them I may earn a commission.

What You Can Do With LeadsLeap Rotators

For each link in a rotator, you can set:

  • Weight: how often each link is shown
  • Daily and total max hits
  • Geo-targeting: send visitors from certain countries to certain links
  • Domain exclusions: block traffic from specific sources

Here’s one of my rotators and its tracking links:

Why Track Your Links at All?

  • See which traffic sources send real visitors, not bots.
  • Find out which emails, posts and ads get clicks.
  • Split-test landing pages with a rotator.
  • Stop paying for traffic sources that don’t deliver; see my Traffic Ad Bar test.

Free vs Pro

The free plan has generous tracking and rotator limits. I upgraded for unlimited links and the other Pro features; see my LeadsLeap Pro review.
